Expected result is unclear : What does it mean for all elements to be in place?

A more specific expectation would have forced a specific solution.
In my opinion, adding wrapping on the name is a correct solution, even if not prefect
keeps the position
Breaks a name in multiple parts, can be more difficult to read (but it's just the user own name so they should be able to recognize it)

Other solutions:

• Like done formerly: Put the avatar above the anchors, and put the close button under them. Note that this might still overflow with really long names...
• Reduce the size of the text so that regular wrapping can fit the whole text. This makes the UI inconsistent, I'd rather avoid this one.
