The current extra tab implementation is only partially compliant with what had been agreed on https://forum.xwiki.org/t/document-information-tabs/14126/13
- clicking on the top information (e.g., attachments counts) should allow jumping to the extra tabs
- the bottom panel is not resizable
- the bottom panel is not foldable
