Weblogic is not part of the servlet support strategy nowadays (https://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/SupportStrategy/ServletContainerSupportStrategy/) and the ticket concerned a very old version of XWiki. Don't hesitate to reopen if the bug keeps happening and you have new info with more recent versions of XWiki.
