Reproduction steps
- Go to XWiki.WebHome
- Check "Watch this page" on the notification pane
- reload the page
- Check the status of "Watch this page", the result is ok
- Go to the user notification preferences
- Check the custom filters table

- The same is true if the filter is added using the new custom filter form of the notification preferences page
- The same is true for the global custom filters config in the administration
