Cannot reproduce on 15.10.11, I performed the following steps:
Created 3 users, watching the whole wiki, and configured one for getting weekly notif, the other one to get daily notif, and the last one to get hourly notif
Created a page and performed a few changes
Triggered then each scheduler notif and checked that I was receiving mails corresponding to the user with proper config
