Description:

When a realtime session is started it shouldn't be possible for users to save a change request, since realtime is performing autosaves.
However we need XWIKI-22779 to know if/when a realtime session is started or ended to enable/disable change request.

Note that CRAPP-354 improved a bit the situation by preventing at all to start a realtime session when editcr action is used.
