Use noavatar.png instead of noavatargroup.png for non-existing groups in macros.vm

The Ambiguous Case - it's neither an existent group nor an existent user, result for it non-existent user will have noavatargroup image. 

Seems, it's not trivial to fix without introducing a new parameter to macro, which will raise lots of refactoring job on product code.
