bd05d8b fixes the issue related to the loading of Angular resources (gets rid of CDNs to rely only on resources installed locally + fixes a typo in the path to the angular js resource).

I think this could solve the sporadic loading problems described in SCRIPTDOC-19 and in this issue for the time being. Considering that this has been a long standing issue, I'll release 1.4.1 right away.
