The TOC in notifications emails displays "$title" instead of the actual page title

Hello hello,

Looking at some other instances, I see that the same issue reproduces. Simon Urli do you think it would be possible to investigate a fix ?
The impacted instance I currently see the issue doesn't have the setting "Prevent unregistered users from viewing pages, regardless of the page rights" enabled, however the space that presents the issue has some rights restrictions. Could it come from the fact that the email template is not generated as the user to which the notification is sent ?
