Did some test with different design to see what would be the possibilities of implementation. Unfortunately we don't have a UI extension at the exact place where we need. So I did some test with 2 different UI extensions.
With org.xwiki.platform.template.title.before (the current one used by the Book version menu):

For now as we was not really happy with theses result we will keep the button and the book version menu at the current place. This is something that can be improved later.
