Add ability to sync multilang Glossary with translator glossary

Is this issue title correct? AFAICS deepl is an implementation detail of the translator application, and from the POV of the glossary it should be about using machine translation and not specifically DeepL, right?

Also it seems you've already pushed code for this issue and yet there's no "Fix version" defined in jira. Please mention one as it's very important.

I changed to 1.5, but not sure that it's the correct value to set.

This issue is also missing a "jira component" and a new one needs to be created slauriere

We might have to do some commit related to this issue today. We will close it since it's finished.
