Cannot reproduce on 15.10.11: I got the page copied properly with all sub pages and it can immediately be accessed from the navigation. I don't have any issue either with the navigation panel to load. The only thing which can be surprising is that I immediately see 2 applications "Sandbox" appearing in the application tab, but it's an expected side effect of the copy here.
