I ran most of the CKEditor tests following https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor4/latest/guide/dev_tests.html with my change (the fix for this issue) and they passed. See https://github.com/mflorea/ckeditor4/commit/98056bbdc286849fe1f47674b845f05ccbf6de94 .
