Alexandra Siriciuc I'm afraid I cannot reproduce. I'm attaching the PDF export of the Sandbox page (with children) from a clean XWiki 15.10.6 and 15.10.11 using Chrome 127.0.6533.72 on linux. The table of contents works fine for me. Can you check if the table of contents works fine for your with the attached PDFs that I generated? And can you attach the PDF you generated with Chrome 126 to see if I can reproduce the problem with my PDF viewer?
