I think this worked in previous Xwiki releases and thus is a regression, but I don't know for sure:
If you create a new link in the WYSIWYG editor, you now always have to enter the link label text manually, because it's not automatically proposed - the placeholder text "Enter link text" will be taken as a label if you don't replace it manually.
To my surprise I just found out that automatic link label generation still works if you just delete the placeholder text prio to searching for the target page! That's probably not the intended behaviour?
As a user, I'd expect the automatic placeholder text to be overwritten by the (better) label suggestion based on the found target page.
