Reproduction

1. Have a book set, with a version
2. Create a new page
3. Add an includeLibrary macro

Result

When clicking on the library key picker, a bunch of random are proposed.

I am not sure what those pages have in common. Some are hidden pages, even if the user doesn't display hidden pages.

Expectations

Nothing should be proposed in the picker, as no Library Configuration has been set in any version page.
