Render image width/height to css property instead to tag attribute

I suppose it could be a rendering issue: it's probably because a dev assumed that for width and height users always use the specific attributes, so the style ones should be ignored...
As explained by Norbert, in reality this is not the case the user expects both ways to work similarly.
