Image inserted with height or width parameter isn't displayed in the orientation provided by EXIF data

Description:

Steps to reproduce :
* In WYSIWYG mode, insert an image in a page with EXIF data regarding orientation (not clicking immediately on inserting after file upload)
* Go to the advanced tab
* Unlock size ratio
* Set the height to a certain value - 250 for example

Expected result : the image is displayed in the orientation specified by the EXIF data

Actual result : the image is displayer in the wrong orientation.

Image attached for example purpose. Note that not setting a height manually results in having the image displayed in the expected orientation.

	LAMBLIN says that if there size specified, the orientation is honored so the issue seems to be only when specifying sizes.
