Add support for creating issue from the JIRA Macro Edit Modal

Because of XWIKI-23059, we can't explicitely set a custom content displayer. Although we would need to set one in order to add a issue creation form to the Jira Macro Edit Modal.

Because we use a jsx to inject the Issue creation form anyway, a workaround for now is to pull the issue creation JSX along with the instance picker JSX needed for JIRA-80.
