Only H1 headings are used throughout the application. As a result, there is no structure on the pages.
It's expected for the headings to have multiple levels in different places, so that `Information, structure and relationships conveyed via the representation can be
determined by software or are available in text form.`
This is especially true for the dashboard page, which has sections that all have a header that's a H1.
