Description:

This is a continuation of CONFLUENCE-422. The duplication is sometimes due to completely duplicate page objects, which have all the same metadata. They don't have the same body content id, but the body contents are identical.
We can safely ignore one of them and that's what Confluence seems to do. Confluence seems to keep the highest id (can be checked in the Page History)
