Description:	It's been reported by an admin that they had trouble finding a way to create a new Panel from the Admin section. They did not see the link highlighted in the screenshot below. In order to improve the UX, I think we could expand a bit the text here and add something along the lines of Create and update existing panels at <a>Panels </a>

They did not see the link highlighted in the screenshot below at first, and had to go through a search in the doc to understand where to find this feature .

In order to improve the UX, I think we could expand a bit the text here and add something along the lines of {quote}Create and update existing panels at <a>Panels </a>{quote}
