Just now I upgraded to 16.0.0 and am still getting the "Failed to lock the page" error as soon as I click on the page "Edit" button.

I'm trying to understand why this problem persists in versions above 15.10.1.

Can you suggest some additional data/logs/tests that I should provide/perform to demonstrate what is going on?
