The regression was caused by missing quotes. It appeared that it didn't even worked on hsqldb, while I'm sure I tested it back then: I probably made changes after testing, and forgot to test again...
In any case there was also issues with OracleDB that test performed along with Manuel Leduc allowed to spot and fix, so all in all the regression allowed to spot them fast. Note for myself: I really need to better test the migrations on all DB next time...
