Description:

With XWIKI-22438 no events at all is triggered anymore when operations are performed related to users joining wikis (e.g. ask to join, invite, accept invitation etc).
Note that before XWIKI-22438 some events were triggered but never received.

We should fix all that with dedicated events and notifications.
