Add ability to sync multilang Glossary with deepl glossary

When implementing this feature, please make sure to implement it as an extension, ie a different maven module that is optional since not everyone will need/want to use that feature and thus we need to make it not installed by default and optional. AFAIU the feature will also require connecting to a remote URL and not everyone will allow this.

PS: was this feature proposed on the forum before implementation? It's very important to do so since if someone doesn't agree with it, you'll have to revert it and you might lose the work you've done.
