Add a page listing all existing Extension Point pages

I'm starting to have the feeling that, while Elena-Oana Florea mentioned "UI extension points", she maybe meant "UI extensions", so knowing where is something you see in the UI actually coming from when you want to modify it.

Michael Hamann I haven't created the issue so idk but I see several cases where it's interesting to know where a UIX implemented as a wiki page is located:

• Disable the UIX (until we offer the feature)
• Customize the UIX

In the meantime I think what Oana is interested in is simply to improve the doc on xwiki.org to add more info to find the pages holding UIX. Is that correct Oana?
