Both this and XWIKI-22202 are precise use cases:

  • Outside of `#xwikicontent`, so it's not already caught as needing underline.
  • `.xHint` with a text and an anchor inside.

Matching on the .xHint class seems correct to me, it fixes both this and XWIKI-22202...
