Hi! I've just finished re-running the 2 tests on Tomcat:

  • Reload of empty page without UI: 16.10.3 (Tomcat) - 0.018334 sec vs 0.114660 on Jetty
  • Reload of Main.WebHome without UI: 16.10.3 (Tomcat) - 0.032584 sec vs 0.121760 on Jetty

So looking at the results, XWiki 16.10.3 on Tomcat is significantly faster than Jetty.
