2. create a page with some content
3. add an annotation
4. switch the FR version of the page
5. add an annotation
6. check the comments section

Only the annotations related to the FR version are listed

Actual

All the annotations are listed.
Alternatively, all the annotations could be displayed, but in this case the links on the quotes should point to the page with the right locale parameter.
