On 16.10.0-SNAPSHOT, I could not reproduce this issue.
It seems the "All" option has been restored since.

I checked with the example shown in the ticket report. I could not reproduce it here. If I missed a specific set of conditions where this can still be reproduced, feel free to reopen this issue.
