Tested on NVDA - Chrome 132. It seems like its read out loud in some cases. There's not all the table info, but it still reads `table`, probably to warn the user that they switched to table navigation control scheme.
I'm not sure we really want to fix this since this is CKEditor UI and it's far from being the only table used only for layout by CKEditor...
