Misc:

• Add comment became just `Comment`, no problem here
• "Add another file" became `Attach files to this page` which is more precise and specific to this case, looks okay.
• "Add" tags stayewd the same. Makes sense here, since the primary action is to add a tag to the page (we don't really care if we also create the tag in the meantime)
• "Add a category" from the blog application I guess? Not in the standard flavor anymore.
• "Add new user", "Add new group" on the administration sections, became `Create User` and `Create group`, looks good to me.
• "Create a new post" blog application too, no problem
• "Create a new panel" stayed the same, looks okay and consistent with all the changes to `add` miscs
• "Create new theme" stayed the same, looks okay and consistent with all the changes to `add` miscs

Closing this issue as `Cannot Reproduce` because I don't think we have a clear fix version and that, like we saw above, most of it is fixed by today (16.0.0).
