Have an option to edit directly in full screen mode

I'm closing this issue as won't fix because:
1) The default edit mode is now in-place and full screen has no meaning in that mode
2) That leaves mostly the Wiki edit mode and since we have the full screen button and since that mode is for expert users, I don't feel the need for it.

Please reopen if you don't agree.
