For more applications, it's very probably just because it's an old colortheme value used in a xml. I doubt the old colortheme has this space level variation. AFAIK, the values were not even updated as often as needed when updating the main colortheme (need to reboot).
For the notification, it's probably because the style comes from a page where it's the standard colortheme which is used.

For the notification, it's probably because the style comes from a page where it's the standard colortheme which is used. EDIT: I tried to update the theme just for the `NotificationsDisplayerUIX` and it did in fact change color even on the Iceberg home (after a refresh of the cache...).
