Provide validation and UI for group of macro parameters belonging to same feature

Since XCOMMONS-2738 it's possible to define mandatory feature, meaning that a parameter among a group of parameters targeting same feature should be filled.
The UI should reflect that and the validation of the form should enforce this property.
