Description:

Reproduction steps

  1. Login with a user (or use guest)
  2. Visit a page the current user has no edit right on
  3. open the attachment tab
  4. check the content

Expected

The upload form is not visible

Actual

The upload form is proposed. An error is displayed when an attachment is uploaded.
