Note that it doesn't impact our docker images: we're currently lucky that our images depends on an ubuntu:jammy image, and jammy package doesn't provide LO 24.2 yet.
This is not true anymore: our base image is now based on Ubuntu 24.04 so we provide LO 24.2.
