Confluence migrations usually involve filtering a confluence package and then applying a nested page migration. This causes a number of issues (performance, wrong document last modification dates), and is a bit more fragile than possible.

Producing nested spaces from Confluence-XML itself (optionally) can let us get rid of this additional step.
