Isn't this handled by XWIKI-12142 ?

I mean, it's not really the same (meaning that XWIKI-12142 won't stop you from doing it), but it will warn and give the opportunity to assign authorship of those pages to someone else...

Vincent Massol is XWIKI-12142 enough to fix your need?
