After following the steps from XWIKI-21621 in the context of inserting an image by applying a default Image Style, this causes the image to be resizable through the 'Click and drag' button displayed on the bottom right of of the image when hovering (but if double clicking on the Image, in the Image Dialog > Advanced Tab, the Width/Height fields are greyed out.
