Improve usability of the book versions menu & status of a page

Just to add some notes about the bullet. According the fact that the first bullet was not done I did some test to implement the seconds one without the first one. But the issue that we have is that if we add too much button at this place depending of the screen we will end up with something like this:

So to me having the button on 2 line it not really great, so it's why I decided to not do it for now until the first bullet is fixed.
