The wording sound like each panel has its own toggler, but the video and screenshots show togglers for each panel column.
The first would be a duplicate of https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-10498 (closed as Won't Fix).
and the second a duplicate of https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-12824 (PR started at https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/pull/2831).

For an user that has at least some experience with the platform, most panels can become obsolete if they have the breadcrumb.
I don't agree with this statement at all. There's only 1 panel across all existing panels that is in the same area (the navigation panel).
Adina Milica Could you check this ticket and the previous comment I added so that we can make sure it can be closed safely (or update it to explain something I didn't quite get yet)?
I also agree that this issue is very close to the ones mentioned by Lucas. The only difference being the notion of centering the content but this is a different topic, which, *if agreed on the forum*, should lead to a new jira.
