This issue is related to viewing the index deleted attachment/documents.
bq. For example do you consider that non-admin users should be able to restore attachments or documents deleted by others users? Should they be able to view attachments or documents deleted by other users? (provided they have view permissions on the deleted attachments or documents, can we even check this?).
This has nothing to do with this issue. As pointed out already in the forum post you mentioned, users can already see deleted documents for a given reference when they go to the right location. |
