The origin trial of the feature was started on V127 a few weeks ago. Enabling the `{color:#202124}Enables keyboard focusable scrollers{color}` flag does indeed solve this issue. The code box can be scrolled using keyboard only!
The end of the origin trial in scheduled for v132, which is at the end of the year...
A whole lot more waiting in perspective.
