Add listener to handle inheritance redirect issues on version delete

The "too many redirects" errors no longer occur.

Now, when a version inherits content from a version that no longer exists, you simply get a message that there is no content.
The automatic re-wiring could still be nice but since deleting versions should be rare anyway, the manual re-wiring becomes even more acceptable.
