Setting status on a page with special characters in the name saves a wrong page

How to reproduce:

• create a page in a book, with special characters in the name (name, not title) - for example a whitespace
• set the status of the page, from the menu

Expected result:

• status is set on the page
• a notification or some other form of feedback confirms the change of status

Actual result:

• the status is not set on the page
• a new page is created, that seems to be the reference of the original page, double encoded.

For example, for page Automation-DevSecOps.Other.Super-cleaner.Connecting to wi-fi.1\.0 the page that was created is Automation-DevSecOps.Other.Super-cleaner.Connecting%2520to%2520wi-fi.1%255C.0 .
