Add a way to batch change the status of pages

This could be discussed, but the way I see it is adding something like an "Overview" page, accessible from the menu.

This page could display all the collection's pages (versioned content and unversioned pages) in a list, with columns allowing some filtering. A selection of pages would be possible to change the status in batch. Maybe changing the status in-place, one by one, could be an option too.

I think that a LiveData could probably could be used for this, but to be confirmed. It seems to provide a selection for batch action.
