Follow these steps to reproduce:

• Create a new wiki page and insert some MathJax formulas
• Edit the page in standalone WYSIWYG edit mode (in-place editor is not affected)
• Switch to Source and back without making any changes => the formulas disappear

The problem doesn't reproduce if you make changes before switching back to WYSIWYG.
