Description:

In order to make it easier for power users to hide and show side panels, add two keyboard shortcuts for toggling the left and right sides.

Those shortcuts should rely on the toggles implemented in XWIKI-12824

Note: I suggested to use [ and ] as the toggle characters (haven't checked if they conflict with browser shortcuts though).
